The Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap.553) of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government came into operation on 7 April 2000. We are committed to accept information in the form of an electronic record and digital signature. The submissions can be made electronically to the IPCC at the designated e-mail address: ipccenq@ipcc.gov.hk.

In making electronic submissions to the IPCC, members of the public should follow the manner, format and procedure stipulated under section 11(2) of the Electronic Transaction Ordinance. For details, pleases refer to the Gazette Notice G.N. 537 on 4 February 2005 .
