3.1 A complaint may consist of one or more allegations. After an allegation has been investigated, it is classified, according to the findings, into one of the following eleven classifications:
 
 
  • Substantiated
  • Substantiated Other Than Reported
  • Not Fully Substantiated
  • Unsubstantiated
  • False
  • No Fault
  • Withdrawn
  • Not Pursuable
  • Curtailed
  • Informally Resolved
  • Sub-judice
