The Council would like to express its gratitude to the Commissioner of Police and his staff - in particular the Director of Management Services, the Assistant Commissioner of Police (Service Quality), the Chief Superintendent, and all the staff of the Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch of the Police Force - for their co-operation and assistance in responding to the Council's queries and suggestions in the past year. |

Ms Vivien CHAN, JP, who had served the Council for two years, retired from the Council at the end of 2005. The Council is most grateful for her devoted service and valuable contributions to the work of the Council in the past two years. |
