Following endorsement by the IPCC, CAPO will inform complainants of the results of investigations.  CAPO will also notify complainees of the results and take other appropriate follow-up or remedial action.
   
3.15
 As part of the review mechanism, the IPCC Secretariat has assumed the responsibility of informing complainants of the outcome of CAPO review/re-investigation into their complaints.
