In 2006, CAPO registered the receipt of 2,542 complaints, representing a decrease of 5.6% over the figure of 2,694 for 2005.  The number of complaints (Note: a complaint may consist of more than one allegation) received and registered by CAPO in 2004, 2005 and 2006 and the avenues through which these complaints were received are shown in Appendices IV and V respectively.
